Welcome!

Tiffaney and I are very excited about having the opportunity to go to Europe again this year (see last year) and especially now that we have found out we are expecting our first child in late fall!

We will be leaving Denver on Friday Feb 13th at 10AM where we will fly to Washington DC to transfer planes before flying overnight to Paris. We arrive in Paris at 7AM on Saturday (Valentine's Day) and will stay until Wednesday the 18th. On Wednesday evening we will board a night train to travel to Rome. We arrive in Rome at 8AM on Thursday and will stay in Rome until we leave Monday morning. We will have a long day coming back and after a layover in DC again we will be back in Denver at about 8PM on Monday the 23rd.

We don't have a schedule in mind but our hotel in Paris is about a mile from the Eiffel Tower and in Rome we are about 1.5 miles from the Colosseum so we plan on packing in the fun. We also have a rail pass so hopefully we will have time while in Paris to go see Normandy and the D-Day beaches as well as seeing the Leaning Tower of Pisa and Florence while in Rome.

We plan on blogging daily about what we did the previous day and we will post all our pictures as soon as we get back, so keep checking this site.
